Supporting Mission-Centered Leadership
We perform retained executive searches for Catholic institutions by looking for senior and executive leaders. While this is not the only thing we do, it is part of a much larger effort to support Catholic institutions in times of transition, growth, or discernment through executive search.
In our searches, we emphasize alignment with the mission, awareness of governance, cultural fit, and long-term readiness. We begin by listening to the institution and clarifying what the role should be, and then we engage national Catholic networks to identify and review potential candidates to serve the Catholic organization and its unique pastoral, organizational, and cultural realities.

We provide vitality assessments for Catholic organizations to evaluate the actual way work gets accomplished within the organization. Things such as role clarity, workflow, decision pathways, communication patterns, and alignment of resources are assessed. The leader of an organization will gain insight into inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cultural stress points that reduce effectiveness.
